There are so many times I find something, these are just a few that I have taken pictures of lately.

HOT!

Neglected...That is what this blog has been feeling. LOL!

Well, I am hoping to post a little more regularly here.

The kids had some fun outside this afternoon. The only way to deal with the heat was to be cool in the water.

It was so hot and humid outside, that my camera was fogging up.

Dance Recital

This past weekend, the kids had their dance recital. They have been working on their routine since after Christmas, and all that hard work has paid off. Both kids did an awesome job at the recital, and I am so proud of them. Here are a few pictures of the event.
They danced to the song "It's Not Easy Being Green" sung by Kermit the Frog.

Muffins For Moms

We can't have a dad's day without a mom's day. Muffins for Moms also happened at school this Spring. The kids were excited to also have mom come to school.
What a great day!

Donuts for Dads

This Spring, the kids had Donuts for Dads at school. They were so excited to have daddy come to visit their school. They read a story, sang a song, did a craft with dad, and also had donuts and milk. What an exciting day!

This is great stuff. I love the scents, and the wax doesn't get hot (it does get warm) but it great to have around kids - food grade wax that wont burn. a child can touch it and not even get red. its edible(NOT RECOMMENDED) and safe and wont start fires. also it keeps your furnace cleaner and walls and air clean. the soot from candles is there even if its not visible. the proof is in funace filters.

Falls Park

A couple weeks ago, we went to Falls Park for an afternoon visit. The kids had never been there, and it had been years for Broc and I. Wow - it was beautiful. We all had a great time.
The kids were a little apprehensive at first about walking on the rocks, but by the end - they were running ahead of us and not too scared.

The kids loved taking pictures, and we even got a family picture. It was a little breezy so our hair is blowing, but still a great memory.
Next time we go, the kids request that we have a picnic.

Saturday Afternoon Fun

The kids got to shoot the gun with help from Daddy. They thought it was pretty neat, but also kinda loud. Then they got to shoo the bigger gun - they were so proud and each got to keep the shell.

Thinking of China

While Grandpa Rick was in China this past month, the kids wanted to wear their shirts that he got for them on one of his previous trips. They were so proud of them!
